Hey! Im Brianna
— founder of BReal Studios, your holistic hype girl, and low-tox living advocate. I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (CSNN grad! 🥑), a 200hr Hatha Yoga Instructor 🧘🏻♀️, and the creator/formulator/boss-lady behind my own line of small-batch, all-natural, organic skincare and cosmetics.
Every single product I make is crafted with the highest quality, ethically sourced, fair-trade ingredients because — let’s be real — what we put on our bodies matters just as much as what we put in them. As someone who studies the impact of toxins in our air, water, and food, I’m on a mission to create products that are actually clean, actually work, and don’t destroy our planet in the process. You can have gorgeous skin without coating it in mystery chemicals that sound like a sci-fi experiment. Pinky swear.
Registered Holistic Nutritionist with The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition
After passing my boards and officially becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (cue proud tears and celebratory smoothies), I realized something kinda wild — most people had no idea what that even meant. So, I carved my own path.
I created 1:1 programs, educational workshops, and started answering the big questions that so many of us are asking:
👉 Do I really need to go keto?
👉 Will collagen fix everything?
👉 Why does gut health matter?
👉 What’s the best protein powder for my body?
👉 How do I eat to support my hormones, energy, mood, skin, brain fog, and basically… life?
My approach? Simplifying nutrition, demystifying the science, and validating the confusion — because no, it’s not just you. Nutrition today is a noisy place, and I’m here to help you tune into your body, not just another trendy diet.
My Yoga Philosophy
My yoga journey started when I was 16, in the cozy house studio of a friend-of-a-friend — you know the vibe: incense, creaky hardwood floors, a room full of strangers who somehow all feel like family. Fast forward to my university days in Ottawa, and I found myself immersed in all kinds of yoga styles and spiritual expressions that opened my mind (and hips… hello pigeon pose).
At first, I loved the physicality of it — the challenge, the stretch, the movement. But what really hooked me was the breath. Something I used to think just happened in the background, suddenly felt like a gateway to something… deeper. At the end of each class, I’d leave with this weird, magical, grounding, floaty feeling that I couldn’t explain — but knew I needed more of.
That’s what I aim to create as a yoga teacher. My classes aren’t just about the movement (though yes, your hamstrings will thank me later). They’re slow, intentional, mobility-focused classes that support your long-term physical function and your nervous system. It’s about creating calm, cultivating connection, and sprinkling in little “Aha!” moments along the way — whatever that looks like for you.
