Spring Detox Tea

A gentle, warming tea to boost digestion, clear toxins, and refresh your energy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • ½ tsp fennel seeds

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 2 cups hot water

  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

  • BONUS ¼ tsp of our Anti-Inflammatory Toddy Mix 

Directions:

  1. Add ginger, turmeric, fennel, and cinnamon to hot water.

  2. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain.

  3. Stir in honey and toddy mix if desired. Sip and enjoy the warming, cleansing benefits!
