Sit down with our registered holistic nutritionist for a free consultation that includes goal analysis and lifestyle integration. We'll help identify a realistic lifestyle that not only heals your systems and underlying nutritional misalignment but we'll make sure it's achievable with constant support and a meal plan that works with your schedule, lifestyle, and budget. At the end of the consult we will identify what your goals are and what package will best suite your goals and lifestyle.

Package #1 - The Basics

Our basics package is perfect for clients looking to get a better understanding of their body and how it reacts to their lifestyle and the food they fuel it with. At the end of this session you'll have a detailed review of the systems in your body, an analysis of how you react to certain foods, recommendations of lifestyle changes, a personalized "eat this not that" checklist for your body, and for those open to supplements, optional supplemental recommendations with brand education.

Package #2 - Building Blocks

If you're ready to make a change, this plan is perfect for you to do it at your own pace with your favourite foods. Our building blocks package will help you identify the how to prepare creative meals to heal your systems and make permanent change. It's based on the "build your own meal plan" approach and is great for the self motivated and independent client that wants to be in charge of their health transformation.

At the end of this session you'll have a detailed review of the systems in your body, an analysis of how you react to certain foods, recommendations of lifestyle changes, a personalized "eat this not that" checklist for your body, and for those open to supplements, optional supplemental recommendations with brand education. You will also receive "build your own" recipes that include a set of fundamental recipes with "swap in/swap out" recommendations that allow you to create an unlimited number of modifications to suit your daily cravings.

Package #3 - Fully Loaded

The fully loaded package is perfect for those who love structure and complete guidance. Our top package includes a full week's meal plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks that integrates your our lifestyle, schedule, body style and type, food reactions, sensitivities goals and palate preferences for optimum results. On top of your full personalized meal plan, at the end of this session you'll have a detailed review of the systems in your body, an analysis of how you react to certain foods, recommendations of lifestyle changes, a personalized "eat this not that" checklist for your body, and for those open to supplements, optional supplemental recommendations with brand education.
